Advisory Board

The Minister of Environment appoints, based on the the Law on State Environmental Fund, the Fund´s Board as her advisory body. The board assesses above all, major matters of development and use of Fund´s funds, annual budgets of incomes and expenditures, the proposed measures and their fullfilment by the Fund´s instruments.

The Board also expertises the proposals for contributions of the funds by the Fund and recommends the Minister amount of utilisation for single specific cases, all that based on the principals of environmental protection of CR.
